Construction

BOD Incubator is made of double walled construction with thick high grade PUF insulation. Full view inner acrylic door & front door with gasket & locking arrangement. The motorized blower at backside of the chamber develops a unique air ow system to maintain uniform temperature condition inside the chamber. Unique air ow assures quick recovery after door openings. The unit is provided with a user friendly adjustable specially designed S.S rod trays ensure uniform temperature distribution. The equipment is mounted on castor wheels for easy movement.

  • Full view observation Acrylic door with a gasket to observe the sample inside the chamber. Interior illumination for working area. Specially designed stainless steel rod trays ensure uniform temperature distribution.

Safety Features

  • Safety standby thermostat to cut off heater supply in case of overshoot of temperature. Inbuilt overload protector provided for the hermetically sealed compressor. Compressor ON delay timer (2 min) to safeguard the compressor.

Controlling System

Microprocessor based autotune PID temperature controller with a dual display of set value & process value for precise control of temperature.

CFC free hermetically sealed Emerson Copeland make compressor for better cooling with R134 A (eco-friendly) refrigerant with a time delay to safe guard compressor system.

50mm validation porthole with silicon rubber seal to insert sensor for validation.

PT 100 sensor is used for sensing the temperature.

High quality S.S. tubular heaters are used for better heating.

The refrigeration is provided by means of CFC free hermetically sealed Emerson Copland compressor for better cooling with eco-friendly refrigerant.  The cooling system is made up of split type so as one can place the compressor coupled with condenser unit in a well ventilated area to avoid hot air throw in the stability room. The inbuilt stand by refrigeration system is provided with auto change over the facility.
