Series TI-58

“TEMPO” make shell laboratory furnace are designed and manufactured to comply with requirements for laboratory and industrial applications. It is used for engineering tests of soils and aggregates, cement testing, ashing organic and inorganic samples, gravimetric analysis, ignition tests, etc.  “TEMPO” make laboratory furnaces are constructed in the horizontal or rectangular model. The insulation is provided with high grade insulation material.

GMP Models

Inner made of a ceramic pot, the outer case made from thick gaug stainless steel (SS304)

Technical Specification

Temperature Control

The temperature is controlled by means of imported microprocessor based autotuned PID controller to avoid overshoot. CE marked and a dual display for set value and process value.

Construction

Heating is effected by means of the element made of the best quality Nichromewire wounded on the muffle.
Insulation: Heating element wounded with high-grade cerewool blanket and gaps are filled with suitable insulating material. The single door made of brickwork and cementing fitted in with a single hole at the centre. The shell is provided with an air gap for low body temperature.
